About Us

Our Name

The inspiration behind E.G.M.’s name is derived from the daughter of, Dr. Rechel Anderson, Erin Glyn, who serves as a true testament to the values upheld by E.G.M.

Erin is an exceptional academic scholar. She is a member of the Junior Beta Club, a former member of the Math Club at Moore Middle School, and consistently maintains her academic stamina as an A/B Honor Roll student.

Beyond her academic achievements, Erin excels as a student-athlete. She is a member of the Varsity Girls Tennis Team at West Florence High (2025-2026), where she was named Rookie of the Year. Additionally, she played shortstop for the Girls Softball Team at Moore Middle School (2025-2026), where she recorded the most at-bats and stolen bases, ultimately being named the Best Defensive Player.


Erin Glyn is a remarkable individual who understands the importance of leading by example. In addition, Erin Glyn exudes the ability to create, inspire, and motivate.

Executive Director / Owner

Dr. Rechel Anderson leads Enriching Growing Minds (E.G.M.), LLC with a powerful combination of educational expertise, leadership experience, and entrepreneurial vision. With years of service as an educator, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Superintendent, professional author, and business owner, she has built a reputation for designing structured, supportive, and growth‑oriented environments for both clients and staff. Her background in teaching and curriculum leadership strengthens her ability to develop effective systems, guide program expansion, and cultivate a culture grounded in compassion, accountability, and excellence. As both an author and business leader, Dr. Anderson blends creativity with strategic insight, ensuring that Enriching Growing Minds (E.G.M.), LLC continues to grow its impact while upholding the highest standards of care.

Program Director

Marquetta brings a strong blend of counseling knowledge, educational experience, and organizational leadership to Enriching Growing Minds, LLC. Her background spans specialized classroom instruction, in the autism self‑contained and multi‑categorical settings, and administrative roles within state agencies. With deep knowledge of behavioral support, compliance, and program management, she excels at building structured, supportive systems that help individuals and teams thrive. Her professionalism, clear communication, and people‑centered approach make her a cornerstone of the organization.
